The thermostatic valves are of copper and brass design. The tube to cap is double soldered to insure integrity. They are internal or externally equalized based upon OEM design. Their flow configuration can be either forward or reverse flow.

The expansion block is made of aluminum design. They are built application specific per OEM shape and color.

Tonnage and superheat are rated to OEM specifications. The tonnage capacity rating is 1 to 2.5 tons. The superheat rating is -2.0 to 10.

The power valve is seasoned 30 days prior to assembly then assembled and 100% function tested prior to shipping.
